Our policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Important
All our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.
When We Accept Returns
We will happily replace or refund your order if:
- 1The item arrives damaged or defective
- 2The print quality is significantly below standard
- 3You received the wrong item or size
- 4The item was lost in transit (after investigation)
How to Request a Return
- 1Contact us within 14 days
Email us at hello@ldnmuslim.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- 2Include your order number
You can find this in your order confirmation email.
- 3Send photos of the issue
Clear photos help us resolve your case quickly.
- 4We'll respond within 48 hours
We'll review your case and offer a replacement or refund.
Refund Timeframes
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
We Cannot Accept Returns For:
- • Change of mind
- • Incorrect size ordered (please check size guides)
- • Minor colour variations from screen display
- • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- • Requests made after 14 days of delivery
